Glamping Tents: Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions (+ some FAQs)...
T&Cs
1. Delivery, set-up, styling and pack-down are included in our prices. Once the party has been set up and styled to your satisfaction, items may not be moved or changed around.
2. Woodland Glamping will confirm the delivery and set-up time plus the collection time with you via email (and again via text closer to your party). Please ensure you are home & available at these agreed times.
3. We require the space chosen for your glamping party to be cleared of furniture, rugs, tv (where necessary for space & safety), coffee tables etc. We are not able to move your furniture, plus it makes for a much smoother set-up if the room is already clear. Please clean the floors prior to our arrival.
4. Please ensure parking is available for delivery & pack down.
5. Woodland Glamping requests that no nail polish, makeup, craft items etc are used inside the tents or on the beds, linen (including cushions & blankets) or on the breakfast tables. Food & drinks may be consumed from the breakfast tables at the foot of the beds.
6. Woodland Glamping request that the customer takes care of our property and to supervise children around the rental items. Damaged rental items may result in extra payment to replace them. Children are not permitted to jump on the beds!!
7. No pets and no smoking around our rental items.
8. Full payment is required 7 days prior to your glamping party. Cancellations after this time will recieve a 50% refund or a credit to re-book at another date.

Some FAQs... Q; How much time do I need to book a party?... A; Whilst we will always try to accomodate all party enquiries, booking ahead allows us plenty of time to book in & plan your glamping party, taking away the stress of last minute plans! Q; How much space would I need to host a glamping party at my home?... A; The set-up of each tent, mattress and breakfast table is about 2m in length & 1m in width. The configuration of your set-up also needs consideration ie all the tents in a row or a semi-circle etc. Q; How long does it take us to set-up & style my Woodland Glamping party?.. A; Usually around 1-2 hours depending on the number of glampers you are catering for. Q; How long will the glamping tents be set-up for in my home?... A; We usually like to set-up your glamping party at least a day before your actual party...that way there is plenty of time to make any little changes plus your children can have an extra night or so of awesome glamping. We will arrange to collect everything the following day ie the Sunday or even Monday. Both delivery & collection days will be discussed & agreed upon to suit your needs. Q; What happens if I need to cancel our glamping party?... A; If, in the unfortunate event, your glamping party needs to be cancelled at the last minute (ie the host has covid or some other issue arises!!), we will be more than happy to either plan to reschedule your party to another date or refund your payment.
